Hours for Emergencies – If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency please call ahead to discuss your pets condition before arriving at the hospital.
We are open Sunday - Monday - Tuesday: 24 hours
Wednesday - Saturday: 8am - 8pm .
In the future, we aim to resume 24/7/365 once we are able to increase our staffing levels.
Conveniently Located in Midtown Anchorage
Our hospital is conveniently located in the U-MED District in midtown Anchorage. It’s easy to find. We are physically located at 2545 East Tudor Road, on the North side of the road (right next door to McDonald’s). We are approximately 2 blocks east of the most traveled intersection in the state of Alaska — Lake Otis & Tudor. We have plenty of free parking.
Please note: due to the median on Tudor Road, our facility is only accessible from the westbound Tudor Road lanes.
